How It Works

Once we receive your phone call or email, we will identify which services best fit your needs. We will then schedule a meeting with you and the planning committee. Our staff will bring photo’s and videos to show you different options available to help you decide. Once we gather all the information agreed upon, we will submit a formal proposal for your approval. When the proposal is approved and deposit is paid, your date is secure.

Does "Awesome Proms" only do Proms?
No, our sevices are to provide the best entertainment for all grade levels. We do everything from Elementary family fun nights all the way to High School Proms.
How much do you charge?
Our rates can be determined once we know how many of our services are requested. We have a wide variety of services. After a consultation we can better identify what your needs are and then we can price our services accordingly.
Do you take request?
Yes! We understand every school is different and that is why we like to meet with the students in charge of the dance and go over the music request. We usually ask for a list of songs that you know your students will dance to and go from there.
Is your music clean?
Yes, we subscribe to several different music services that provide us with the latest radio edited clean version of songs. We also subscribe to another service that provides us clean club versions as well.
Our school is on a small budget can we still book you?
Yes, we can accomodate you schools budget. We have different styles of sound and light systems that can fit your needs.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for multiple school dances per year. We can also offer discounts when multiple services are booked together.
